Awards and Firsts

  • RSC is ranked in the top 10 clinics for IVF (third place) as reported in the U.S. World and News Report, 1995.
  • First ever animal Hands-on lab for laparoscopic microsurgery. Endoscopic Excellence by and for Experts Laparoscopic Macro and Microsuturing Video presentation. American Society of Reproductive Medicine Annual Meeting,  October 18-22, 1997.
  • Second prize video at the International Congress of Gynecological Endoscopy (AAGL 23rd Annual Meeting, October 22, 1994) in New York.
  • RSC also recieved a second place movie award for laparoscopic microsurgery of the ureter.
  • At the American Society for Reproductive Medicine International Meeting in October of 1996 our video, Laparoscopic Microsurgery of the Pelvic Ureter was awarded the 2nd Prize in the movie section. This presentation dealt with women with endometriosis of the ureter requiring various treatments including resection and anastomosis.
  • Their world pioneer status for laparoscopic microsurgical tubal anastomosis was recognized with a first place award for their video at the conjoint American and Canadian Fertility Society meetings in Montreal in 1993.
