About the Authors
Dr. Koh is associate clinical professor of OBG at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He also serves as co-director of the Reproductive Surgery Center, Milwaukee Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Dr. Galen is surgical director of the Reproductive Science Center, Bay Area Fertility and Gynecology Medical Group, in San Ramon, California.
Dr. Giesler is in private practice in Houston.
